One-On-One Coaching

In the first month of engagement, Clyde meets with his clients for a 2-hour Initial Assessment session which is followed later in the month by a 2-hour Game Plan session.

Initial Assessment

This is an opportunity for Clyde to get to know the client better – his/her background, values, and aspirations.  Through a series of questions, he leads the client to articulate the basic core values and then facilitates formulation of congruent business and personal vision statements.

Game Plan

Detailed business and personal objectives are developed for the 3-Year, 1-Year, 90-Day and 30-Day time frames.  30-Day goals form the framework for our monthly coaching sessions.

Monthly coaching consists of two face-to-face, 1-hour coaching sessions at the client’s place of business.  They are usually two weeks apart.

Clyde has no long-term contracts.  Coaching is on a month-to-month basis.  Either party can terminate the relationship with one month’s written notice.  Clyde must be supplying continuing value or the client fires him.  It’s as simple as that.

One major feature of the coaching is development of a strong Relationship System which greatly increases the predictability of marketing results.  Strong relationships are developed over time with a limited number of quality, proactive business associates in the same market segment.  You agree to meet with these individuals regularly and pledge to supply each other with at least one significant business engagement a year.  This could be by direct referral or through introduction to a referral source.  Our goal is to form fifteen of these relationships over a three year period.

Cost of the coaching is $960 for the first month and $480 per month thereafter.

As a value-added, no cost service, clients may choose to participate in an Advisory Board.  This is a collection of 8 to 12 clients who meet regularly with Clyde for 1½ hours once each month.  The inter-disciplinary gathering provides an opportunity for clients to benefit from the collective wisdom of the group to help work through business or personal issues.  The synergy of these groups is amazing to experience.  Clients form strong relationships with one another in this confidential setting and eagerly help one another rapidly achieve their business and personal objectives.

Clyde is available for limited email and phone conversations between regularly scheduled sessions.
